ABOUT Lavender Fields Academy

At Lavender Fields Academy we are dedicated not only to the education of children but also to educating teachers and families on the most effective methods of teaching  children. We offer workshops for parents and teachers on the best ways to educate children as well as consulting of schools on site.

Tami holds a Montessori Early Childhood Education Credential, a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Master’s of Arts from Saint Mary’s College of California in Educational Leadership. 

 

Tami has spent over 25 years as a Montessori educator. Her experience ranges from working with groups of up to 15 students as well as 1:1 private learning for ages 2-12 years. She has multiple years of experience working with high profile clients in the entertainment industry as well as helping families prepare their children for the rigorous testing of elite schools such as, The Center located in Hollywood, California.  

 

Tami is currently the Education consultant for Willow Grove Montessori enrichment and tutoring in San Anselmo, Ca. She has helped increase enrollment and holds ongoing monthly teacher training  seminars. She has created educational plans for many children who have been accepted into some of the best schools in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Tami is the owner of Lavender Fields Tutoring in Los Angeles, CA. She has 40+ families who enjoy her one of a kind, learn to read and mathematics + social science private tutoring program which she has developed utilizing the Montessori Methodology. 

 

Tami is an expert in all Montessori  Early Education subjects for students as well as classes in social & emotional development with a special emphasis on communication.
